Duties and Responsibilites:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Educate clients on the benefits and proper usage of pharmaceutical products.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 3 - 4 years of working experience as a sales person in pharmaceutical importer company and have a good communication channel with wholesalers, hospitals and community pharmacy.
Required Skills:
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
