Job Description
Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Will involve in the overall Sales and Marketing activity of the Hotel.
Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and negotiate contracts for room bookings, corporate deals, and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Work closely with event organizers and the hotel operations team to execute conferences, banquets, and other events.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on revenue, occupancy rates, and market trends.
Work with the front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: 3 - 4 years of working experience
