Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- conduct daily network monitor and data backup operation
- dealing with staff through a series of actions to help resolve issues
- assist to set up new users hospital system accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- work continuously on a task until completion
- familiar with Peachtree Accounting or similar software
- perform another related duties as required
Job Requirements
- Advanced diploma or diploma.
- 3 Years work experience with advanced diploma or 5 Years work experience with diploma.
- Peachtree, CNET & Hospital IT system and knowledge is advantageous.
- Applicants who have been through internship experience or voluntary working experience is more advantageous.
