10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ እና በቀድሞ መንጀ ፍቃድ 3ኛ ደረጃ ወይም በአሁኑ የሕዝብ እንድ ያለዉ ሆኖ በሚታወቀዉ መሥሪያ ቤት 2ዓመት በሹፊርና ሙያ ልምድ ያለዉ፤
