Dahabshiil Motors Ltd (DML) is the franchise holder of Hyundai Motors with headquarters in Hargeisa, Somaliland. DML aims at addressing gaps in the provision of quality motor vehicle sales and service providers for the automotive markets in the Horn of Africa Region.

Job Purpose:

The Marketing & Sales Manager will play an essential role in driving the marketing and sales function of Dahabshiil Motors. This will entail directing the work of the Marketing Officers/Sales officers and Teams in order to deliver overall sales targets. The Marketing/Sales Manager will oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the Company’s marketing message. The Marketing& Sales Manager will focus on driving forward PR and media activities to promote the company message to their existing customers and potential clients. He/She shall focus on growing the company’s market share and avail a variety of marketing techniques and tools to achieve that.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a similar marketing role as a sales representative in the Automotive Industry.
• Five (5) years’ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industry requirements including broad knowledge of international and regional trends in the Automotive Industry.
• Appropriate leadership skills to fulfill his or her responsibility.
• A focused person with exposure to an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and able to assess risk and have the ability to judge outcomes and make an impact at the highest level of the organization.
• Have a hands-on attitude and approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the flexibility to work across the organization.
• The candidate must be a person of high integrity, moral character, and respectful
