Tearfund in Ethiopia is looking for a highly competent and experienced Partner Finance Coordinator. The Partner Finance Coordinator (PFC) will support the Country Director and Tearfund Finance team in establishing and managing consistent, effective and efficient financial reporting and management systems and procedures within partner organizations.

Tearfund has been working in Ethiopia since the 1970s. Along with our in-country partners, we have supported the establishment and development of more than 20,000 self-help groups (SHGs) across 50 locations in Ethiopia, as a sustainable, holistic approach to fighting poverty and its manifestation.
The Partner Finance Coordinator (PFC) is responsible for assisting partner program and finance staff to meet Tearfund and Donor's requirements.

The role is based in Addis Ababa with frequent travel to the field. It is offered full time but flexible working will be considered to enable the best candidates to come forward.
