Effoi Pizza and Lounge has become the leading and widely recognized pizza restaurant chain in Addis Ababa. Ever since its establishment in 1999 E.C., it has perfected the preparation of gourmet pizzas using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We are looking for a competent candidate to fill our bar supervision post, we would like to invite all interested applicants who can fulfill the following requirements.

• Must be familiar with the bar-tending craft
• Uphold high hygiene standards personally, for bar staff and outlet level
• Good social & communication skills in at least Amharic & English
• Familiarity with different kinds of liquors, wine, cocktails, glasses & bar etiquettes
• Good in customer handling and conflict resolution skills
• Make sure all menu items are available at all times
• Product recommendation and up-selling skills
• Could handle specialized customer requests,
• Make the place lively and coordinate the smooth operation
• Create a work schedule and perform training
• Properly administer bar staff, inventory flow, and sales & deposit
• At least 3 years bar supervision experience in a renowned bar

Notes

• COC or relevant hospitality supervision education,
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in bar supervision,
