Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Management Trainee - Packaging which is a Grade 10 position per the Company’s job grading.

The Role Summary:

Working with the team , the Management Trainee – Packaging manages various resources (people, production imputes & Machinery) and production process to attain the required quality of product with a high level of efficiency in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Job Requirements

This role is positioned at a Management trainee level and requires an eager and ready to learn individual, who will have the opportunity to develop their career within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.

• A university-level degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 1-2 years experience in the manufacturing setting company preferable in the brewing industry.
