Job Profile
- The Machinery Service Manager is responsible for handling the after sales service activities to guarantee proper satisfaction of customer of Construction and Agricultural Equipment. He is also responsible for timely communication of OEM on technical issues to be resolved with their support. Also meeting pre-determined service sales objectives, and thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities. The manager is expected to have good written and spoken skills, to ensure excellent communication with suppliers
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification and Experience: 1st degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive or in other related fields and 8 years related work experience, of which 3 years in supervisory position/s
