Job Description
Responsibilities
- Follow up all customs-related duties for import and export products, as well as their documentations.
- Communicate with suppliers, customs, clearing agent, and other companies related to import and export procedures.
- Follow-up with Ethiopian shipping lines Service Enterprise (ESLSE) to ensure that the container deposit is refunded to the company account on time.
- Assist in handling communications with banks, insurance companies, and Ethiopian food & drug authority office (EFDA) through single window of contact.
- Assist in handling all government office personnel in relation to our import/export issues.
- Undertake any related assignment from Logistics Operation Head
Benefit: Personal health insurance up to Birr 5000 per year plus monthly salary.
Job Requirements
Education and work Experience;
- BA Degree in Marketing or Economics with 2 years experience or above in related field if possible.
- Internet usage skills
- 3rd Grade driving license
- Excellent English and Amharic typing
