Purpose of the job 

 He/she assists to make sure the optimaint system is functional for company usage. He/she participate to measures and publish maintenance KPI metrics to the management team;. Assist to develop procedures for best practices with the use of Computerizer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

 Main duties & responsibilities 

• Participate to manage the CMMS, Work Request portal and web-based systems for all account locations.
• Assist to maintain item code creation as per the procedure and rules that has been set
• Implements all Items and stock related reports as needed to support the First-Line Supervisors, Site Maintenance managers, Finance Department.
• Works with team to build standard procedures.
• Responsible for Spareparts system transactions and inventory management system for all the sites.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day storeroom operations, maintaining parts data accuracy
• Generate Reports - within required time frames.
• Works with team on continuous improvement initiatives on inventory and Spareparts management.
• Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets.
• Provide effective support to CMMS users
• Participates in requested CMMS training
• Follow reports and other reporting tools used in-stock balance value and inventory analysis graphs.
• Performs data input Regularly – Items update , inventory discrepancy …
• Perform any other duties which will be given from his immediate supervisor,

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of report writing, and inventory analysis graphs
• General knowledge of work order, purchasing, and warehousing processes
• Knowledge and skill in using, database management hardware and software
• Ability to perform analysis of data and information
• Knowledge and skill in troubleshooting system irregularities
• Capable to train system users
• Skill in using a computer and modern office software, with emphasis on database systems

Expected Experience

• Bachelor’s degree: 2 Years Experience

Linguistic skills 

• Amharic: fluent
• English: B1
