Effoi Pizza and Lounge has become the leading and widely recognized pizza restaurant chain in Addis Ababa. Ever since its establishment in 1999 E.C., it has perfected the preparation of gourmet pizzas using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

We are looking for a competent candidate to fill our branch supervision post; we would like to invite all interested applicants who can fulfill the following requirements.

• Uphold high hygiene standards personally, for branch staff and outlet level;
• Good social & communication skills in at least Amharic & English;
• Good in customer handling and conflict resolution skills;
• Coordinate and optimize service/kitchen/store/cashier operations;
• Make sure all menu items are available at all times;
• Product recommendation and up-selling skills;
• Could handle specialized customer requests;
• Make the place lively and coordinate the smooth operation;
• Maintain company policies and sufficient available staff;
• Create a work schedule and perform training;
• Properly administer branch staff, inventory flow, and sales & deposit;
• Conduct a proper opening/closing procedure;
• Alert the management on all attention-seeking matters;
• Time conscious and promote branch efficiency;
• Optimize workflow and productivity;

Notes:

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality/management fields,
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in branch supervision,
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
