Additional skill/Special Requirement
- Excellent and Effective understanding of the subject matters
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skill
- A thorough understanding of construction project planning scheduling and time management
- Extensive experience on construction project planning and scheduling software such as MS-project Primavera Con MIS
- Excellent planning, communication and management skill
- Positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness
- Good speed on work, since the project has limited time frame
- Creatively and imagination to understand other professionals
- Good verbal and written communication Computer software certification on Excel, MS-Projector primavera, any other construction project planning and scheduling software
