Job description
Setting up a sale pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies.
Assisting Junior Sales Representatives in identifying potential customers
Contacting the developed customer list via different communication channels
Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports
Researching and analyzing competitor product offerings and services
Determining customer preferences by analyzing consumer behavior
Addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Presenting, promoting, and selling company products/services ethically
Developing and maintaining positive and long term customer relationships
Achieving sales targets within the set deadlines
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Able to comply with the law of the organization and enforce work orders issued by the management.

Employment Nature- Permanent after the prohibition period.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Taken Additional practical Sales Trainings either live or online.
4- 5 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative, senior Sales or similar role with direct selling expectance in the Service Sector.
Being passionate about Sales and Marketing
Well proven people and communications skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentation\s
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office/excel/PowerPoint
