Job description

• Setting up a sale pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies.

• Assisting Junior Sales Representatives in identifying potential customers

• Contacting the developed customer list via different communication channels

• Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports

• Researching and analyzing competitor product offerings and services

• Determining customer preferences by analyzing consumer behavior

• Addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Presenting, promoting, and selling company products/services ethically

• Developing and maintaining positive and long term customer relationships

• Achieving sales targets within the set deadlines 

• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

• Able to comply with the law of the organization and enforce work orders issued by the management.

Employment Nature- Permanent after the prohibition period.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Taken Additional practical Sales Trainings either live or online.

• 4- 5 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative, senior Sales or similar role with direct selling expectance in the Service Sector.

• Being passionate about Sales and Marketing

• Well proven people and communications skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to deliver engaging presentation\s

• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly self-motivated

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/excel/PowerPoint
