Position 2: Customer Service Manager I

  • Supervise customer service team.

  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  • Develop policies and procedures.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Hire staff.

  • Train staff.

  • Develop goals and report progress.

Job Requirements

 BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years at operational work.
