Job Description
The company currently is looking to hire dynamic, energetic and hardworking potential employee in the following position as per specified job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Tracking of Company’s Car locations by GPS system.
Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
Check the GPS is online every day and report to immediate supervisor.
Identifying Entrancing traffic laws taking immediate remedial action.
Co-ordination and responding to emergency situations.
Assist logistics team using the GPS system and check the system online or offline.
Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management.
Developing and presenting daily management reports.
Develop and control company vehicle database and ensure that all vehicles information is continually up-to-date and can be retrieved real time.
Manage the registration and insurance of company vehicles.
Manage renewal of insurance of company vehicles.
Initiate company vehicle cost saving.
Monitor and report on Vehicle costs.
Manage with maintenance and repair schedule.
Keep and update records of vehicles.
Prepare and submits monthly, quarterly, mid-term and annual report on the activities of the department.
Handle other tasks as assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
Education
BA degree in Computer Science or /IT Related Field/
Experience
0 Year of Experience
Experience in GPS System or related activate in any company is preferable.
Good interpersonal, communication skill and presentation skill.
Strong strategic analysis skill.
Good Presentation skill, interpersonal skill.
Languages
Excellent communication skill in English and Amharic
