Job Description
On behalf of our client, Lemmi National Cement S.C., we are looking for successful candidates to fill the position of Chinese Language Translator to be located at Addis Ababa
About the Company
The Lemmi National Cement S.C. Industrial Complex is being constructed as a joint venture between Ethiopian East African Holding Company and West China Cement Limited. The factory is being installed on 270 hectares of land with a total first round investment of $2.2 billion US dollars at Ensaro district of North Shoa zone, Lemi town.
Apart from cement, the industrial complex will produce glass and gypsum products. When completed it is expected to create a job with up to 10,000 employees.
Job Brief
Chinese Translators are responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from the Chinese language to Amharic/English and vice versa.
Requirements
• 2-3 years proven working experience as a Chinese Language Translator
• Certificate in Chinese language preferred
• Degree in any field of studies
• Maturity and exposure to deal with senior executives
• Fluency in Chinse, Amharic and English Language
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Age not more than 35 years old
Work Location- Addis Ababa, JV Office with Travel to the Project Site
Salary: - Will be based on negotiation
Employment Type: - Full-time permanent
