Job Summary:
The Head of IT Infrastructure and Security Division is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure and security policies. This role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the technology systems that support the organization's operations. The Head of IT Infrastructure and Security Division will lead a team of IT professionals, and work closely with other departments and senior management to ensure that the technology infrastructure aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for maintaining and upgrading the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure components.
Monitor and respond to security threats, incidents, and breaches.
Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and information security, with at least 6-8 years of progressively responsible roles.
Knowledge of current technology trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and security.
Industry certifications such as CCNP and CCIE are highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization is a plus.
