Job Description
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Job Requirement
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field
Work experience and skills: 2+ years of experience in managing IT projects and cross-functional team, Strong communication, presentation skills, networking, system administration and server architecting of
new systems and automation of IT operation.Required number:6
