Mining engineers ensure that underground resources such as minerals, metals, oil and gas are extracted safely and efficiently. Mining engineers plan and design mines so that they are safe and commercially viable. Typical duties include assessing the commercial potential of new mine sites, ascertaining the risks associated with new sites , carrying out surveys to establish the locations of deposits and producing models or plans for possible mining sites 

Job Requirement

Required Qualification and work Experience:   BSc degree in mining engineering, with 8 (eight) years of demonstrated direct work experience of which one 5 years at an expert level.

Working Station: Amhara Region, Semen Shoa zone, Enesaro Woreda Lemi Town 130Kms North of Addis Ababa
