Job Description

Customer Service Offices deal most frequently with customers of the bank. They promote the banks products and services, and provide information about the customers personal accounts and related transfers, deposits, savings etc. They order bank cards and checks for the customers, receive and balance cash and checks and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.

  • Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.

  • Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.

  • Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.

  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.

  • Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Qualification

    • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

    Experience

    • 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
