About Deborah Foundation Established in 2019, Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education and Policy Advocacy.

Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web and social media Officer to manage the development, implementation, and optimization of our organization's online presence. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the content and functionality of our website, as well as creating and managing our social media channels to effectively engage with our target audiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the overall structure, design, and content of the organization's website

• Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and technically sound

• Create and update website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's 
  messaging and brand

• Monitor website analytics and user behavior, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the user 
  experience and achieve key performance goals

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall 
  marketing and communication goals

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and 
  engagement strategies

• Assist in the development and execution of targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote the 
  organization's programs, events, and fundraising initiatives

• Research and recommend the most effective digital advertising platforms and tactics to reach and engage 
  the organization's target audiences

• Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of the organization's website and social media channels

• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the 
  organization's digital presence and impact

• Manage IT related technical problems

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree computer science or related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in website management, social media marketing, digital content 
  creation and graphics design

• Proficient in using a variety of content management systems, social media platforms, and digital 
  analytics tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective 
  digital content

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven 
  decisions

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to leveraging digital channels to drive impact
