  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payments.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
