Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Administration Head on behalf of a private company.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Managing Director, the Administration Head oversee our company's Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Monitor office supply inventory and purchases within budget.
Track costs to support budget planning.
Master or Bachelor Degree in Human Relations, Management or Business Administration or a related field of study.
7 Years for Master’s Degree or 10 years and above Bachelor's Degree relevant work experience and experience in the labor /Manufacturing industry is an asset.
