We are seeking a dynamic Junior UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our digital assets. The role involves optimizing usability, usefulness, and visual design while delivering creative and adaptive solutions. A passion for user-centric design and staying current with industry trends is essential for success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

• Provide design assets to support the development phase.

• Investigate user experience requirements for our digital products.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with the brand.

• Create high-quality design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, site maps, storyboards, and flow diagrams.

• Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.

• Offer guidance on UX research methodologies and testing to analyze and predict user behavior.

• Maintain adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in UI/UX design.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects.

• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Blender, and similar.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with front-end resources and UI libraries.

• Basic WordPress development skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Animation and 3D design experience are a plus.
