Bachelor's Degree Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure full compliance with DRC’s Global MEAL model and DRC Ethiopia MEAL framework in Dollo area office - Participate in program design and proposal discussions, including support on MEAL components of project proposals including log frame design and budgeting for M&E.  - Maintain a database of MEAL tools, reports and lesson learned at field office level

Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Be responsible for implementing program plans and monitoring project activities and compliance at the field level. - Coordinate with BDU, community-based organizations, and concerned government departments of the project area.  - Coordinate and establish linkages with implementing stakeholders in the Region to ensure support in delivering project requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Studies Marketing, Economics, International Relations or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record in leading program design, proposal development, and donor relationship management. Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensures that all staff in the unit/function/department are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies; - Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day to day work. - Ensures that Plan Ethiopia contributes to Plan International’s global efforts to ensure safeguarding and GEI, including making sure that relevant reporting and data are submitted
