Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Be responsible for the daily management activities of the department, organize meetings, organize coffee breaks, organize goods procurement, organize daily information collection, etc.
Manages all pre-sales projects, incorporates all pre-sales projects into the management pipeline, tracks project progress, produces weekly and monthly reports, identifies and exposes risks in a timely manner, and tracks owners for closure.
Organize weekly sales project progress and problem analysis meetings, output meeting minutes, and communicate with related parties to solve problems.
Record the information about each sales project in the tool system, create customers, create project opportunities, initiate project initiation review, initiate the PPQ application process, initiate the SRB, ATB, and ATC processes, and urge reviewers to complete the review in time. Urge the project owner to update the materials according to the reviewer's comments.
Job Requirements
Required professional skills
•Basic technical knowledge background in areas such as Datacenter, storage, datacom, optical, CCTV, ups, server, Virtualization, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS.
•Excellent English in both verbal and written
Familiar with project management tool and excel
Required soft skills
•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results
•Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
•Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
•Target driven and able to work towards the deadlines
•Sensitive to project risk and enable to manage project risk with the team
Project Experience
Understand the bidding flow, pre-sale and delivery process especially in ICT infrastructure and software domain
Skills or Certificate Requirements
ICT-related international certification
