Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the project delivery manager, conduct site survey at the early stage of the project, output the technical proposal for service delivery, service delivery HLD, service delivery duration, and labor plan, configure the service quotation for project delivery, output the service delivery quotation for project delivery, and assist solution manager in signing commercial contracts.
Manage the whole process of project delivery from end to end, including service project contract signing, prepayment, equipment procurement, international transportation, customs clearance, auxiliary material procurement, equipment installation, and system commissioning, track project delivery progress, identify project risks in time, and warn project risks.

Organize efforts to resolve problems during project delivery to ensure smooth project delivery.
Regularly visit customers, collect VOCs, resolve customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction and collect new requirements or project opportunities.

Be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the pilot office and be responsible for the after-sales quality assurance of distribution products, delivery projects, and POC test offices.

Responsible for organizing department activities, responsible for organizing business conferences and other activities.

Job Requirements

Required professional skills
•Technical knowledge background in areas such as Datacenter, storage, datacom, optical, CCTV, ups, server, Virtualization, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, ..
•An international experience (AWS, Google) would be highly preferred
•Excellent English in both verbal and written
•Familiar with local delivery partner ecosystem
Required soft skills
•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results
•Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
•Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
•Target driven and able to work towards the deadlines
•Sensitive to commercial opportunities
