BA Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Gender, Teaching or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Closely work with government stakeholders and community representatives to establish the workers’ café in the resident area of the Adama Special Economic Zone.  - Lead the project target selection collaboration with key stakeholders.  - Support and cascade training provisions under Buna tetu project activities. Deliver gender and male engagement training to male relatives and key stakeholders to address gender norms and create an enabling environment for women workers at HIP.
