Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Our company is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

 •  Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.

 •  Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our menu and maintain the high standards of Babis Bistro.

 •  Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen brigade.

 •  Oversee and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

 •  Ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of dishes.

 •  Uphold strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices.

 •  Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control.
