Bachelor's Degree in Social Science related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage File Operators and align team with company strategy. - Set service quality goals and assess operator performance. - Receive transit orders and validate documentation. - Request missing documents or additional instructions when necessary. - Ensure SOPs are applied at all process steps. - Monitor processing progress and update documentation or business software. - Implement improvements for processing quality. - Understand quotation details for ongoing operations. - Choose appropriate means to perform operations as per client quotation. - Alert SALSM when operations do not align with quotations. - Monitor COM unit costs, including salaries, overtime, and special fees. - Ensure costs allocated to the COM unit are correct. - Alert SALSM on significant operational issues. - Identify and work on issues arising during file processing
