Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data across Minaye Flowers, Minaye Packaging, MinAddis Paint, Deluxe, and newly acquired entities. - Produce dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports that support investment decisions and operational improvements. - Translate raw data into insights that guide management decisions on expansions, acquisitions, and performance gaps. - Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and progress milestones are met. - Support transition plans for new projects, expansions, or acquisitions by tracking KPIs and operational metrics. - Manage documentation, action trackers, and reporting schedules for all assigned projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mechanic & Electro Mechanical or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance vehicles. - Inspect, troubleshoot, battery systems, and electrical components. - Keep up to date with the latest technologies and maintenance procedures. - Guide and supervise junior mechanics; provide on-the-job training - Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards. - Maintain accurate service records and reports. - Collaborate with supervisors on workload planning and technical issues. - Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment. Required Skills - Strong understanding of systems, high-voltage safety procedures, and diagnostics. - Experience using advanced diagnostic tools and software. - Knowledge of mechanical vehicle systems. - Ability to lead a team and work independently. - Good communication skills and attention to detail.

MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4/5 years in a managerial position (s).
