Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food engineering, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise day-to-day Production operations like garlic and potato Peelers, Marinating team, Butchery and Pita section - Oversee the entire Production processing phase: Butchery, Cleaning, packaging, and cold storage. - Lead and guide production supervisors and all production teams across multiple units.
