Position Title: Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization's workforce, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing best practices in HR management.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering effective communication.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Provide expert guidance on contract negotiations and legal HR matters.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in diverse work environments.
