Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agroecology, NRM or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide training and on-farm technical support on agroecology, climate resilience, and good farming practices. - Promote nutrient-dense crops, agroforestry, conservation agriculture, and improved livestock feed and feeding practices. - Organize and coordinate learning events to facilitate adoption of agroecological practices at farm and village levels.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Agronomy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct cupping sessions and provide cupping notes. - Perform physical grading (defects, screen size, moisture). - Approve/reject coffee lots based on quality standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Coffee Technology, Food Science, Agriculture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Teach trainees the science of coffee cupping, including: - Supervising trainees during practical cupping, ensuring accurate techniques and documentation. - Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality education and consistent training results.

Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage plans for SHF/Agri-SME acquisition and growth in Horticulture/Crop/Livestock production. - Collaborate closely with Agronomists and Off-takers for business success. - Analyze product data with farmers/Agri-SMEs and researchers.
