We are seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to lead and support innovative research and development (R&D) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing mechanical systems, developing new technologies, and improving existing products or processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Workplace: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Conduct research on mechanical systems, materials, and design methodologies.

• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) for mechanical design and modeling.

• Develop and execute test plans to evaluate mechanical components and systems.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present research outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience
