TVET Level 3/2 Industrial Engineering, General Mechanic/Industrial Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan and reliability of equipment. - Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to address repairs, routine upkeep, and emergency breakdowns effectively. - Manage maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions and ensure timely completion of work. - Monitor equipment performance and conduct inspections to identify issues before they cause failures. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance operations.
