Qua-Qua is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions under one of its projects, Digital Payment and Savings Solution (DPSS). The project is planned for five years with the possibility of further extension. The positions are on a contract basis, renewable annually

Job Summary

The DPSS Officer will play a key role in supporting the operations and growth of the Digital Payment and Savings Solution (DPSS) project. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including recruiting and onboarding youth participants, providing training, liaising with agents, outlets, and operators, and contributing to business development efforts. The officer will ensure smooth coordination of activities, support stakeholder engagement, and assist in implementing project objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies: 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management information system, Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or other related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, training and human development, administration and operational support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel.

Experience:

Core Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in training, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.

• Understanding of basic products and services of financial institutions, FinTech’s and how they operate.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
