Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst Manager to lead a team of business analysts in identifying and implementing solutions to improve business processes and strategies. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions, driving organizational growth and efficiency. It also serves as a Liasion between business stake holders and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship and direction.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes.

  • Oversee the creation of detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and functional specifications.

  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and cost savings.

  • Manage and track project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Daily sales Tracking and reporting

  • Sales Performance Evaluation [Tgt & Act] [MTD] & amp; [YTD] by business Unit, by category, by Sales team.

  • Import & Delivery Product Tracking and reporting

  • Warehouse stock count [depletion] tracking and reporting

  • Cost to Serve Analysis by product, by category and by business unit

  • Monthly and Yearly Product based target setting and recalibration

  • Monthly or Bi-weekly Business & product Profitability report and review with Commercial Director

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Stands as a pivotal Figure, melding sharp analytical thinking with the Leadership qualities teams necessary to steer teams towards success.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

  •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Monitor and improve Business Analysis Processes

  • Advanced Software Development Knowledge , Advanced Analytical Abilities

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 6 years’ experience in business analysis Manager
