Job Description

Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is seeking a Executive Secretary for one of our client. Responsible for the high-level administrative professional responsible for providing
comprehensive support to executives, ensuring efficient office operations, and
handling sensitive information with discretion. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Attend meetings and keep minutes

  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.

  • Make travel arrangements for executives • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible 

  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business or a related field with 5+ years of proven experience in an

  • executive secretary or similar administrative role. 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of office
    management, basic accounting, and industry-specific terminology.

  • Familiarity with research methods and reporting techniques. 

  • Strong time management, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. 

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
