Place of work: Any where in Ethiopia Duties & Responsibilities: - Conducts and manages activities to conceptualize, evaluate alternatives and receive approvals for project implementation: - Defines project work scopes, coordinates with permitting and public/private utility agencies, collects and reviews project documentation, performs field data collection, analyzes alternatives and prepares recommendations and applications. Create and maintain BIM software template files to assure standards. - Collaborates with engineers, client, consultants, permit agencies, suppliers and sub-contractors during all phases of projects, and to identify and address immediate project needs during construction phase insuring standard production and documentation of all design documents.

BSc Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Requirements: - Should have a proficient Skill in sketch up, Autodesk revit, lumion, Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite. - Interested in architectural and landscape design. - Working on a tight schedule and meeting dead line - Creating 3D model and photo-realistic rendering - Working on a tight schedule and meeting dead line - Creativity and innovation - Willing to work for long hours - Must have his/her own workstation gaming pc(CAPABLE FOR LUMION 11 0R ABOVE) and smart phone

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, update, and finalize as-built architectural drawings with precision and clarity.  - Develop detailed 3D models of projects in Revit, ensuring accurate representation of design and built conditions.  - Produce photo-realistic renderings and walkthroughs using D5 Render or similar advanced visualization tools.  - Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure accurate integration of architectural and technical systems.
