MA or BA Degree in International Trade Management, Economics, Accounting, supply chain Management,  Business Management ,Materials Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3/2 years on senior position respectively.

BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Procurement & Supply Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as a Junior officer in supplies. Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and equipment. - Ensure timely and efficient delivery to meet organizational or project needs. - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

BA Degree in Administration, Logistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Check electricity and water consumption before transferring bills to the Logistics Manager - Be responsible for the implementation of office hygiene and cleanliness standards  - Participate in the training of the team and the integration of new employees on equipment management

BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - In collaboration with the Project Managers and under the direction of the Logistics Manager, establish a calendar of events planned for the year,  - Develop a retro-schedule for each planned event defining the tasks and responsibilities of internal members and external actors  - Identify external contractors. Prepare the Terms of Reference, participate in the selection and be in charge of monitoring the execution of their contractual obligations
