Job Description
Play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services with a strong understanding of foreign and local procurement best practices, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage diverse purchasing needs
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Three (3) years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with demonstrated success in managing various procurement activities. Experience in foreign procurement will be a plus advantage
Competencies Requirement
Knowledge of foreign and local procurement practices, processes, and best practices.
Ability to manage RFP processes independently.
Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
Skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
Cost analysis and inventory management skills.
Ability to analyze supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of contract law and legal principles related to purchasing.
Proven Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
