BA Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the proper implementation of the NCA procurement manual in all humanitarian and other development projects - Ensure proficient implementation of NCA’s procurement activities for all humanitarian projects according to the NCA procurement manual. - Carry out a range of procurement functions, including providing contract administration support, procurement support, procurement risk assessments, and any procurement-adjacent functions or processes as they arise.
