MA or BA Degree in EPDM or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the Director in managing academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. - Supervise and support teachers and staff to ensure quality education delivery. - Help develop and enforce school policies, procedures, and discipline systems. - Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Gender: Only Female Duties & Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain a gender-sensitive database and ensure timely verification of data. - Facilitate safe reporting mechanisms (e.g., letter-link boxes) for children to report violence and abuse. - Organize and facilitate Community Conversations (CCs) and awareness campaigns to reduce harmful practices and promote non-violent parenting
