Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the direction and close supervision of the Finance Director , the Tax and Revenue manager has the duty and responsibility to organize, Take appropriate action on financial reports, and close follow-up to the tax payments ,proper financial flows of the company responsible under the government tax and revenue policy consolidation.
2. Tax Controller
Ensure taxes are reported and tax payments are settled in a timely manner and in accordance with country regulation.
Ensure adherence to tax regulations of Ethiopia and local municipalities.
Investigate new tax laws and developments tax reduction initiatives.
Identify issues that may arise in tax dealing.
Computation of income tax provisions.
Record keeping of foreign income tax filings.
Maintain proper filing for all relevant proclamations, regulation, directives, and other documents related to tax and revenue
Ensure the robust and efficient tax planning and filing with the relevant bodies.
Internal Controls.
Insure the posted journals for the finance functions.
Monitor Tax Audit Findings close outs.
Calculate and process Incidence Adjustments
Prepare timely Taxation Journals and reports to the concerned body
Keep the confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification
BA in Accounting and related.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar position in a big corporation for at least 5 years
