Job Description

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Plan and execute complicated audit engagements. 

  • Assess internal controls and identify potential areas of risk.

  •  Develop audit programs and testing procedures in accordance with the annual audit plan of the business unit. 

  • Conduct fieldwork for audits and gather sufficient evidence pertaining to individual audit issues outlined in the audit plan.

  •  Collect and prepare appropriate, sufficient audit evidence, ensuring documentation meets required standards and is properly cross-referenced.

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that include findings, impacts, responses from audited parties, recommendations, and an action plan for implementation. 

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. - Collaborate with various departments to collect essential information.

  •  Mentor auditors to ensure their performance meets established standards.

  • Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation of recommendations.

  • Remain informed on industry trends and best practices.

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of audit methodologies.

  •  Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

  •  Analyze financial statements and operational data.

  • Communicate audit findings to senior management of the Sister company, preparing working papers as necessary.

  • Provide guidance on risk management and internal control measures.

  •  Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

  • Engage in frequent travel for fieldwork within the Dina Investment Group's Strategic Business Units.

  •  The engagement of the Senior Auditor necessitates collaboration and integration with the internal audit service at Dina Investment Group, along with conducting frequent fieldwork for other affiliated companies and the Head Office and

  • Perform all audit assignments assigned by the Internal Audit Department.

STAFFING REQUIREMENT:  02 PERSONNEL.

SALARY: Negotiable

Job Requirements

SPECIFICATION 

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance is required, along with a minimum of four years plus of professional work experience in accounting and auditing, including at least two years in a senior auditor role. 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an auditor

  • In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices

  • Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software including ERP & Peachtree 

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Organizational and leadership abilities

  • Integrity and reliability
