Education Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing technical designs and structural analyses for scaffolding projects, often using CAD software and conducting site surveys.  - Ensuring scaffolding is designed and erected according to relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) and Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations.  - Identifying and mitigating potential hazards associated with scaffolding, developing control measures to minimize risks.  - Overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, coordinating with construction teams and clients. 

Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 6 month and Above Duties & Responsibilities: - Preparing purchase order, import product - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams (creative, technical, operations, marketing, etc.). - Facilitate regular team meetings, updates, and progress reviews. - Ensure smooth communication between departments. - Serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders. - Communicate project progress, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality outputs on schedule. Operational Management - Oversee project documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization. - Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. - Ensure all project processes align with company standards and quality

BSc Degree in a related field of study - Fresh graduates only (Class of 2024 & 2025) - Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates. - Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. - Support in cost analysis, rate build-ups, and benchmarking for materials, labour, and equipment. - Participate in site visits to collect data for estimation and tendering purposes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements. - Provide administrative and technical support during tender evaluations and negotiations.

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Gender: Male Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily construction activities on site. - Ensure all work follows drawings, specifications, and standards. - Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers. - Monitor progress to ensure tasks meet schedule requirements. - Inspect materials and workmanship regularly. - Ensure correct construction methods and procedures are followed. - Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Enforce site health & safety regulations. - Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. - Ensure site resources are used efficiently. - Maintain daily site reports.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations. - Responsible for executing & implementing technical documents, drawings & quality, safety, and site supervision. - Works under the direct command and management of an Engineers/Managers.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as Contract Administration.
