Dema Hope Real Estate is a specialized in providing high quality and personalized real estate services to our clients. As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company's properties and services

  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients

  • Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base

  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in a related field of study

  • Experience: 0 - 1 year of work experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience in a real estate as a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant or Sales Officer

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

    Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
