Job Description
Dema Hope Real Estate is a specialized in providing high quality and personalized real estate services to our clients. As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company's properties and services
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients
Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base
Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings
Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in a related field of study
Experience: 0 - 1 year of work experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience in a real estate as a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant or Sales Officer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
