Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Environment, Agroforestry or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Participate in the identification and selection of communities/beneficiaries to be included in TAE program in the target area. - Ensure participation of target communities in the process of project implementation of the proposed activities. - Closely works with Kebele level government institutions, Project Committee and other relevant groups to ensure their participation and contribution to the program/project - Follow and monitor seedling plantation works, soil and water conservation activities, pitting activities and economic strengthening activities.
