Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Plant Science, Horticulture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Location: Afar Region, Awash Area Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee the cultivation and harvesting of beans, bananas, onions, animal feed, and other crops. - Plan and implement irrigation, pest control, and fertilizer management programs. - Supervise and train farm workers and technical staff. - Manage farm equipment and ensure proper maintenance. - Monitor crop performance and prepare regular farm reports. - Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to production targets. - Implement sustainable and cost-effective farming practices.
